The night kicks off with live performances from three powerhouse bands: Bukowski, Haliday, and Northbri.

Our Melbourne based headliners Bukowski ended their three-year creative hiatus in April 2024 with the short and sharp belter ‘one hundred seconds’, but their return was just the beginning. The four mates (James, Benji, Gerard and Jamie) haven’t lost their bite since their 2017 debut EP Grow Up. Give Up. Let Go., releasing a steady stream of gutsy, emotive and rough-around-the-edges singles leading into 2021’s ‘elevator song’. Unbridled emotion and ferocious riffs meet tender introspection and addictive melodies on Bukowski’s long-awaited debut album I Don’t Wanna Live. I Don’t Wanna Die. Was released independently in February 2025 featuring acclaimed singles ‘Superweak’, ‘Sow’, and ‘What Do You Want Me To - the Melbourne emo/punk outfit’s nostalgic first full-length record has undeniably been worth the wait. 

Sharing stages with the likes of Knuckle Puck, Trophy Eyes, and Deaf Havana to name a few, the band recently embarked on their internationally touring supporting Slowly Slowly in the UK and Europe to celebrate the release of the new album. After taking a couple of years to work on new music and focus on their personal lives, the self-proclaimed ‘complaint rock n roll’ band have finally found their groove and have hit the ground running.

Sharing the stage with them are Adelaide locals Haliday, a punk-infused project drawing influence from high school staples like Balance And Composure, Basement, and Box Car Racer, as well as more recent favourites such as Slowly Slowly,. Latest single ‘I’m Okay, You’re Okay’ channels raw emotional energy into restless melodies and gritty guitars, capturing the chaos and catharsis of growing up and coming undone.

Since first hitting the stage in 2021 supporting Sydney pop punk band Yours Truly, Haliday has carved out a reputation for emotionally-charged, high-impact live shows. The project has gone on to share the stage with acts including Dear Seattle, Frenzal Rhomb, Columbus, Agnes Manners, Bad Juju, and Sweet Pill.”

Opening our night local act Northbri, a Punk/Indie Rock band from the northern suburbs of Adelaide. Known for their tight musicianship & engaging stage presence, this band has quickly become a favourite of the local scene. Northbri promises a live experience that will stay with you long after the last note fades. Don’t miss you out on the chance to catch them live.

Once these bands finish, the celebrations doesn’t end. Our incredible emo DJs will keep the energy flowing long after the last band finishes, spinning your favorite anthems until the early hours.
