Enclave formed from the (literal) ashes of former post-punk outfit City Rose. Engulfed by the passion of former Bass Player and Songwriter, Pat McCarthy and comprised of dear friends John Hynd and Roberto Klaic from COLD / HEAT, Ryan Adamson of BLACK DRUM and Arlen McCarthy of LORELEI. Enclave delivers a sinister stand-alone onslaught of post punk grandeur.
With an attempt to maintain a sense of urgency despite a global pandemic in the midst of a lockdown. Enclave released their first single ‘Gesture of fear’ on June 19th. In the midst of COVID-19 they have performed 2 sold out performances at The Lansdowne in support of ‘Shogun and the Sheets’, and one live stream performance for Sydney’s infamous ‘Downgrade’.
On September 11 they release their second single ‘Crossfire’, touching on the fight for blood, community and minority despite trauma, trial and tribulation.
