Event & Venue Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the following:

• All bookings are final; no refunds are available; all bookings are non-refundable once payment has
   been processed.
• This event has a wet weather plan and will proceed.
• This is a 18+ event with no minors allowed.
• All bookings must present valid proof of ID upon entry.
• Each ticket holder must present a valid booking confirmation.
• Full pre-payment and final guest numbers are required at the time of booking. All additional charges
   are to be settled on the day, prior to departure. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
• Dietary requirements are to be advised at the time of booking, any changes or additions are required
   7 days in advance.
• Pass outs are allowed provided you have been wrist banded and ID has been checked in accordance
   with RSA.
• There is a strict no smoking policy within the venue. Should you wish to smoke you need to go to the
   allocated areas. Failure to do this may result in being removed from the event.
• Patrons who are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or behaving in
   a drunken way, disorderly or inappropriate manner will be refused entry or removed from the event
   in accordance to RSA.
• Any guests drinking alcohol on approach of the venue will not be allowed entry in accordance with
   the Liquor Act 2008
• Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason either before or
   during the event.
• In the event the NSW Government enforces a legal shutdown of Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. A credit to a future event will be issued if you cannot make a future event monies will be refunded.

The venue's process for patrons who cannot attend the event due to extenuating circumstances are as follows:

• If a patron is unable to attend your event due to government mandated isolation, deemed a close-contact by NSW Health or have tested positive to the COVID-19 virus, you may offer the patron a credit for a future event to be redeemed within 12 months.
• Alternatively, if a patron does not wish to receive a credit; a full refund can be processed. In order for a full refund to be processed, additional documentation may be required.
  

Due to Covid-19 legislation the following terms apply:

• By making this reservation you agree and acknowledge as follows;
• You have not made any arrangements with other known bookings at this venue during your booking time
• You agree to acknowledge that yourself along with any of your guests are not displaying cold like symptoms, have been in contact with any known COVID cases and have not returned from interstate or overseas in the past 14 days.
• Please arrive 15mins prior to your booking time for all guests to check in
• All Adult guests will be required to check in upon entry to comply with the current Government
   Legislation; name in full along with a current phone or email contact is required; details will be retained for 28 days.
• Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is committed to the safety of all patrons and staff and is a registered COVID safe business.
