With clear sky's ahead this weekend, we're keen to get amongst it and keep this non-stop party going. Here are some of our top picks for you to move and shake at this weekend. 


VIC

Adelaide's fave Porch Sessions are going on tour and are inviting you along for the ride. This week they stop off in Melbourne, bringing with them good friends Jack The Fox, Harrison Storm & Alana Wilkinson. Catch the Porch Sessions crew at 75 Reid St, Fitzroy North, this Saturday.

Award-winning musician and performing artist, Daniel Shaw and Internationally critically acclaimed singer/songwriter S b Mont will be joining forces with a double headline show at the iconic Toff in Town this Saturday. Be there or be square!

For our Southsiders out there, Aussie favourites Mental As Anything will be bringing their infectious pop sound, blending left-of-centre lyricism, blue-eyed soul and rock to the stage of the newly renovated Hotel Esplanade's Gershwin Room this Saturday. The band will also be celebrating their 40th Anniversary of their 1978 'Mental As Anything Play At Your Party' EP, so it's bound to be a big one.




NSW

After releasing their debut EP 'Nowhere To Be' in 2018, The Tipsy Scholars play their first Sydney show of the new year at The Leadbelly in Newtown tomorrow night. The band will be joined by indie-pop protagonists The Hideaways and Sydney quartet Naked Strangers, so get down early to catch their performances!

If movies are more your thing, Australia's most respected short film festival Flickerfest is kicking off tomorrow night at Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. Head down for their opening night screening and party.

On Saturday, party by the blue waters of Australia's legendary East Coast at Grow Your Own Festival in Forster-Tuncurry. Catch live performances from DMA's, Hockey Dad, The Preatures, Jack River, Mallrat, Goons of Doom and a heap more!

The Rhythm Hut also welcome's back Kim Churchill for an intimate show this Saturday. Start the year off right and get a sneak peek of some of Kim's new music, slated for release this year.

Kick off 2019 with one of the biggest acts of the planet, Code Black! He's playing at HQ Complex this Friday. This one will be a night to remember for sure.
