It's been a long week. Well, not for myself and all my fellow Victorians out there who've just come off a three day weekend (sorry, not sorry). As for the rest of you, it's okay you can't win them all but lucky for you, I'm here to sprinkle some cheer into your weekend. So, if you're looking to blow off some steam after a tough week then keep on scrolling.

I'm all for a good weekend LOL and this weekend is no exception. Comedic genius Luke Kidgell is performing his hilarious Tambourine stand up show at the University of Wollongong UniBar tomorrow night. No need to bring your Tambourine along, Luke has you covered!

If you're in the mood for a boogie tomorrow night, Civic Underground is where it's at! Check out New York producer and DJ Anthony Naples spin some hot tracks of the electro-house variety with support from local star Ben Fester.

Silent discos are certainly an extremely good time. The Argyle has gone one step further, bringing you silent disco yoga this Saturday! Spend an intimate 60 minutes, of all-level Vinyasa Yoga while listening to your fave party tunes by Sydney DJ Glenn Boyce.

After you've reached ultimate relaxation, misfits Percy Peach and Joey London join forces to bring you, Sister Peach, think 80's synth-pop brawling with 90s Rock while flirting with 70s Glam. They're performing at The Vanguard from 7 pm.

Looking for something a little different to check out this weekend? Our pals at 24 Moons are hosting a fab comic themed burlesque comedy show - Comic Strip. They've got everything from Singing Villains, Dancing Heroes, Chilling Witches and more. Are you ready to geek out, comic style?

Northside seems to be where it's at this weekend. If you're keen for an adventure of the music variety then you'll wanna head to Howler tomorrow night to catch Slumberjack. The electronic duo is celebrating the release of their latest EP 'Sarawak'. Expect a night full to the brim with electronic bangers and good times.

If you're looking for something to do in the CBD this Saturday night, head to The Toff In Town and celebrate Diesel's 30 amazing years in music. He'll be performing playing a bunch of his hit songs including, Tip Of My Touge, Come To Me and Soul Revival.

Bringing their warm and welcoming stage presence to Lion Arts Factory is none other than Tassie rockers, Luca Brasi. Catch them blasting the room with epic hard-hitting punk-rock vibes tomorrow night with support from Pemberton and Madura Green. 

If you're not too hungover from Friday night, The Northern Sound System are throwing an epic NSS Block Party this Saturday with special performances by Chillinit and Wombat. There's also going to be break battles and workshops hosted by Freak Elites, skate and scoot demos and food vans. What more could you want?!

Nina Las Vegas is also playing a show this Saturday at Fat Controller. the label head, producer and DJ has been very busy indeed and no doubt bringing her A-game to Fat Controller. Rally your mates and get down early for an all-night boogie!

Get your music fix tomorrow night at Sonar Room as singer-songwriter Mia Dyson serenades the crowd with her raw passion and timeless vitality. She's opened for the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Stevie Nicks and Eric Clapton so you're in for a pretty stellar night.

Country soul and blues legend Bill Rogers brings his all-encompassing stage presence to Duke of George, accompanied by Dave Brewer, Phil Bailey, Pete Guazzelli and the exceptional soulful voices of daughters Billie and Anna Rogers. Prepare to be absorbed, entertained and moved to boogie.

Blues and roots fans out there, Forth Valley Blues Festival is happening this weekend. They kick things off tomorrow at Forth Pub and carry on into Saturday at Forth Rec Grounds. Check out a bunch of talented artists including Chain, Pierce Brothers, Kim Churchill, The Bad Dad Orchestra, plus a whole heap more.

If blues ain't your thing, check out the exciting new hip-hop artist Chillinit at Republic Bar. He's celebrating the release of his debut album 'Women, Weed & Wordplay', so you better believe this is going to be huge.

Hands up who likes beer? * all hands raise*. If you like to enjoy a cold one on the weekend then head down to Canberra Craft Beer & Cider Festival and get your beer (and cider) on. You'll also get the chance to mix with the who's who of brewing.
